Client Engagement Manager

The Client Engagement Manager provides support and serves as a resource to Senior Business Performance Executives. This position is responsible for the successful management, communication, and delivery of Strategic Learning's solutions. The Client Engagement Manager functions as the direct connection between Strategic Learning and its clients during the project engagement.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with senior level personnel, participate as a team member on special projects, serve as subject matter expert for new product and custom development, partner with Senior Business Performance Executives in strategic selling opportunities, and stay aware of changes in our existing clients' businesses.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in training/learning engagements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering one or more training programs or services to clients.
- Location is flexible; any travel will be to client offices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology, marketing, or related area.
Compensation is based on experience; additional bonus incentives are based on performance.
