Performance Improvement Consultant
Philadelphia Metro Area

The Performance Improvement Consultant is must be able to facilitate Strategic Learning programs, partner with sales team members in strategic selling opportunities, serve as a lead facilitator in large and/or complex implementations, ability to model knowledge, skills and behaviors consistent with our performance improvement programs, and stay current with changes in existing areas of expertise (sales, customer service, leadership development).

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of consultative experience. Experience delivering complex, intangible solutions to international companies, preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills.
  • Location is flexible, as a large quantity of travel time will be required to client offices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology, marketing, or related area. Master's degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation is based on a per diem engagement. Involvement in generating additional sales revenue generation is expected. Based on function of role currently there are no benefits associated with this position.
