Assessment Center Services
Using highly realistic work simulations, assessment centers provide valuable information to the process of selection and developmental planning. Participants are presented with issues and challenges that reflect those of jobs or roles within a client's organization.
The purpose of the Assessment Center Services is to provide organizations with better information about people when making business decisions. These can include important selection or promotion decisions; improving the focus and cost effectiveness of employee development programs; identifying and increasing bench strength in key organizational areas; determining how individuals will perform when a job or role is changing; and improving the information needed to make decisions about growth or restructuring. All of these decisions have a significant impact on an organization's top and bottom-lines, and can greatly influence short- and long-term success.
