Reinforcing Signature Service
Customer service representatives need complete access to information on your customers. Many customer relationship management software tools have eased the process of getting information, but ultimately it is the individual who will need to interact with your customers, not the software.
Reinforcing Signature Service is a follow-up session for customer service representatives who have previously participated in the Signature Service program. Reinforcing Signature Service is designed to reinforce the learned skills and concepts, focusing participants on-the-job successes and providing additional practice and performance support.
