- The Creative Journey consists of the four-stage process: assessing and meeting the challenge of risk and uncertainty; generating innovative options; implementing a solution, and celebrating the results
- Taking Initiative is a series of exercises that participants gain insight about their individual strengths and weaknesses along each phase of the innovation process; Strategic Innovation Management measure the ability of the work culture to foster innovation and identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement
