The Winning Salesperson
The Winning Salesperson (WSP) provides an efficient and effective approach to developing the sales competencies needed by a new salesperson. The program helps salespeople and members of the sales team develop core sales skills during four hour learning modules, which are linked to field applications.
The key competencies developed incorporate both product knowledge and basic sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, time management, territory management, and self-management. Customers have the flexibility of selecting which of eleven learning modules are appropriate to their sales operation and to configure those modules to form their company's initial sales competency program.
